To prepare Italian Fusion Salad Dressing/Marinade Dry Packet, you'll want to use a blender, handheld mixer or a Magic Bullet style mixer.
I use all three methods depending on how much I am mixing at one time. You can also shake in a sealed container or whisk.

Blend 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
Add one package of Italian Fusion Salad Dressing/Marinade and blend for 15-30 seconds.

Blend for about 30 seconds until thick. May need a little shake before using if not used immediately as oil and vinegar tend to separate.

Store in glass container such as a canning jar or glass cruet with a lid.
Can be stored at room temperature for 2 days, after that, store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
Before using out of the refrigerator, allow 15-20 min to sit at room temperature to allow the olive oil time to liquify again.
